Welding Technician – Study in Saskatchewan, CANADA The SaskPolytech Welding Certificate Enhanced is designed to teach skills on operating welding equipment and performing basic welding operations. Students will learn skills in cutting processe, gas metal arc, gas tungsten arc, shielded metal arc welding, operating fabrication equipment and oxy/acetylene fusion welding. There will also be units on general shop practice and shop safety, quality assurance and using blueprints.
